2026 Professional of the Year Andria McCollough Turns Purpose into Performance

Purpose, people, and integrity have defined Andria McCollough’s career and this year, that impact earned her Cornerstone’s Professional of the Year Award. McCollough serves as chief administrative officer at Truity Credit Union. 

Since joining Oklahoma-based Truity in 2007, McCollough has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, building a legacy of trust, excellence and impact, according to Truity President/CEO Aaron Beldner. 

“Andria has strengthened organizational alignment, elevated leadership capacity, and reinforced a culture of accountability while never losing sight of the human element that defines our credit union,” he shared.   

One example of that balance is McCollough’s creation of an enterprise‑wide efficiency tracker designed to streamline work without sacrificing service. By framing efficiency as a shared effort, the initiative became both a collaborative effort and a source of pride for teams across the organization. 

That philosophy shaped how she approached the initiative.  

“The tracker itself was less about a tool and more about a mindset,” said McCollough. “It invited every department into the work of becoming better, together.”  

According to Beldner, McCollough has the “rare ability to integrate people, culture, and operational excellence” and is deeply committed to service and developing others. He said her leadership has played a key role in Truity’s growth in an increasingly competitive environment. 

“Andria is a strategic leader, a steward of culture and a servant‑leader in the truest sense,” he wrote. “She leads with humility and generosity, and while she does not seek recognition, her influence is widely felt.” 

McCollough is known for her deep commitment to developing people. Early in her career, she was shaped by mentors who believed in her, and she now pays that forward every day. She said one of the most rewarding parts of leadership is walking alongside people who say, “I can’t do that,” and helping them discover that they absolutely can. 

Beyond Truity, McCollough is a respected contributor across the region, having held leadership roles on Cornerstone councils and committees and serving as dean of the cuLEAD Academy. She also gives generously of her time as a mentor, certified life coach, and community volunteer. 

An avid learner, McCollough begins each day listening to a leadership podcast. Her favorites include The Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast and Women Leaders on the Move, and she recently expanded her playlist to include three different AI podcasts. She shares her knowledge and demonstrates the growth mindset she encourages in others. 

“For leaders, my advice is simple: model the behavior of lifelong learning,” she said. “When employees see leaders learning and stretching, it signals that growth is not only encouraged, it’s expected.”   

McCollough was honored during the May 13 Awards Luncheon at IMPACT: Cornerstone Annual Meeting. Her recognition as Cornerstone League’s Professional of the Year reflects a career defined by service, growth, and meaningful impact.
