STL Chapter Hosts Professional Development Leadership Conference
The St. Louis Chapter of Credit Unions recently hosted its annual Professional Development Leadership Conference, bringing credit union professionals together for a half-day experience focused on bold leadership, clarity, and sustainable performance.
Held under the theme Lead Boldly. Believe Fully. Perform Sustainably, the event featured two sessions led by Ronaldo Hardy, a nationally recognized CEO and transformational leadership strategist. Drawing on his experience as a two-time credit union CEO, Hardy challenged attendees to lead with authenticity, build psychologically safe cultures, and reclaim clarity as a driver of long-term performance.
Throughout the program, Hardy shared practical strategies leaders can apply within their organizations to strengthen trust, innovation, and engagement. Attendees also had opportunities to connect with fellow credit union professionals in a supportive setting, with the event beginning with breakfast and concluding with a boxed lunch.
The conference left participants inspired and equipped with actionable insights to help them lead with purpose in today’s evolving credit union landscape.
