Cornerstone League is excited to introduce the 10 young professionals selected to “Crash” ELEVATE: Credit Union Leadership Summit, Sept. 2–5 in Dallas. Crashers join established leaders for specialty sessions, networking, and roundtables before returning to their credit unions primed to spark new ideas and initiatives.
Meet the 2025 Crashers

- Noah Dawley, BluCurrent Credit Union

- Maribel Garcia, Allied Federal Credit Union

- Dylan Hall, Tinker Federal Credit Union

- Nermina Ibisevic, First Missouri Credit Union

- Alan Kruk, Raiz Federal Credit Union

- Amber Risewick, United Northwest Federal Credit Union

These 10were chosen for their leadership potential, commitment to “people helping people,” and eagerness to learn. Jacob Wills, project manager at Community Resource CU, said, “One reason I want to Crash is because I think that iron sharpens iron. I am a firm believer that if I put myself around other individuals who are like-minded or who make me think about things differently… that’s only going to make me a stronger employee.”
Branch Manager Nermina Ibisevic of First Missouri Credit Union added, “I’ve only recently joined the credit union world, and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. I believe that Crash ELEVATE will offer a great opportunity to connect with leaders who truly understand the ins and outs of the industry. I’m excited to hear their perspectives and learn from their experiences!”
We can’t wait to see the insights and energy these Crashers bring to ELEVATE—and the impact they’ll make when they return to their teams.
