Employees from both networks will support each other and meet credit unions’ shared branching needs by answering questions, providing service, or making connections whenever a counterpart is not available.
This collaboration enhances service reliability for credit unions across both networks while maintaining each organization's distinct identity.

The partnership creates an automatic backup support system. When a Navatros or Cornerstone Resources shared branching staff member is out of office or unavailable, the other seamlessly maintains operations. Credit unions now benefit from enhanced reliability through dual-team coverage, while their primary contacts and established relationships remain unchanged.
