Megan Terry, Tinker Federal Credit Union Call Center manager, has been recognized as the Cornerstone League’s 2025 Young Professional of the Year.
The Young Professional of the Year Award celebrates an individual who has demonstrated leadership and a passion for making a difference in the credit union movement. Known for her motivation, humility, kindness, and enthusiasm for supporting others, Terry
embodies the spirit of this award. She has spent a decade showing unwavering dedication and commitment to the credit union mission, principles, and philosophy.
Terry has transformed her department at Tinker. She has reduced turnover, streamlined processes, and fostered a collaborative and inclusive environment. Her leadership and strategic initiatives have paid off as well; her team of 80 has met their goals
for 18 consecutive months.
As a Cornerstone Young Professional Advisor and advocate, Terry was inspired to form a young professionals’ group at Tinker. Her leadership created opportunities and empowered young professionals to develop their skills, grow their networks,
advocate for the movement, and make a difference with their members. Terry also coordinated a popular mentor/mentee program and spearheaded several community fundraising efforts that support veterans, first responders, and individuals in need.
