Call for Nominations: Cornerstone At-Large Asset Category Directors

Cornerstone League has called for nominations for its at-large asset category director seats with a deadline (accompanied by the required forms) by close of business at 5 p.m. CDT on Friday, Jan. 3, 2025.

How to Submit a Nomination

To make a nomination, a credit union must authorize a senior-level staff employee or an elected or appointed official of its credit union to complete the Nomination and Consent Form on behalf of your credit union. 

To be eligible, the Governance Committee must receive the completed Nomination and Consent Form and the Candidate’s Profile & Director Information Questionnaire by close of business at 5:00 p.m. CDT on Friday, Jan. 3, 2025.

Following the nomination deadline, electronic voting instructions will be emailed to all affiliated credit unions. Election ballots will be tabulated by the electronic voting firm and reported to the Governance Committee by Jan. 24, 2025.
