Credit Unions for Kids announced that Caroline Willard, president/CEO of Cornerstone League, has
been appointed vice chair of the National Advisory Board. This board is responsible for working with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to set the program strategy, determine how best to support credit union fundraising efforts, and communicate
impact to communities.
Willard has been a champion for Credit Unions for Kids since 2001, when as a vice president at American First Credit Union in La Habra, Calif., she ensured the frontline support of CU4Kids for five years.
In October 2024, Willard launched Bourbon, BBQ & Bands, a new signature event led by the Cornerstone League to benefit 25 children’s hospitals in their region.
“Caroline is one of the most dynamic folks in this industry, and CMN Hospitals is so grateful for all she’s done to lead CU4Kids,” said CU4Kids Director Nick Coleman. “She’s constantly finding ways to help her community. Thank you, Caroline, for stepping up in this new capacity to serve!”
“I’ve been an ardent CU4Kids supporter for many years and have served on this great organization’s board for six years,” Willard said. “As I step into this new leadership position, I look forward to helping advance CU4Kids’ mission.”
