2023 Compensation Survey sent to CEOs this week

It’s time for our annual Cornerstone League Compensation Survey, a popular dues-supported benefit exclusively for Cornerstone League members. A survey link was sent to CEOs on May 23 encouraging participation.
Attracting top-notch talent in today’s highly competitive marketplace is challenging. The information you provide in the survey will save your credit union time and eliminate guesswork in vital decisions concerning compensation.
About the survey:
- Includes salary data on 55 credit union positions, benefits information, insurance benefits, staffing metrics, and director compensation.
- Features data relevant to asset size, region, city size, and tenure specifications.
- Ensures privacy, as all survey data is aggregated in the final report so your responses cannot be identified.
- Conducted online for your convenience.
The deadline to complete the survey is June 16. All affiliated CEOs will be notified when survey results are available.
