WEOKIE FCU wins 2022 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma

WEOKIE Federal Credit Union was recently selected as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Journal Record partnered with Best Companies Group to identify companies where leaders have excelled in creating quality workplaces.

The survey used for the awards was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Oklahoma that benefit the industry's economy, workforce, and businesses.

Companies from across the state of Oklahoma entered the survey process. Each nominated organization was first evaluated on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. Then employees were asked to rate the employee experience in a survey. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the ranking.
