FivePoint Credit Union names new AVP of human resources

Erik M. Shaw, president and CEO of FivePoint Credit Union in Conroe, Texas, has announced that Carrie Strong has been promoted to assistant vice president of human resources.
Strong joined FivePoint 15 years ago as a teller. She began her HR career at the credit union in 2008 and has gained progressive experience in the positions of HR resources generalist, benefits administrator, HR administrator, and HR manager. She earned her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2013 and holds a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer sciences from Lamar University in Beaumont.
