Cornerstone League Education Manager Amber Bailey, CUDE, recently offered great advice in CU Insight on how to create a culture of learning.

Bailey said an organization’s training program is as important to its culture as hiring the right people, especially when it comes to retaining talent. A hybrid structure of centralized and decentralized training has the potential to maximize growth.

Bailey added that training programs should also be engaging. They should provide technical skills and an infusion of human skills, and she listed additional considerations to ensure a strong training program that supports a learning culture.
