Gary D. Parker scholarship available to YPs for Southwest Lending & Collections Conference

Cornerstone’s Lending and Collections Council is offering the YP attendees at the upcoming Southwest Lending and Collections Conference the opportunity to apply for the new Gary D. Parker Legacy Scholarship. This scholarship covers the conference registration fee and three nights at the hotel at no cost.

This legacy scholarship honors the decades of work that Gary Parker performed for the benefit of credit unions. Parker was a founding member of the Lending and Collections Council Executive Committee for 18 years, and last year he retired. He is a mentor to many young credit union professionals.  

Applicants must be employees of a Cornerstone-affiliated credit union in Arkansas, Oklahoma, or Texas and age 40 or younger. The Cornerstone Lending and Collections Executive Committee will review all scholarship applications and select only one recipient. The deadline to submit your application is July 31.
