It's no secret—our Cornerstone credit unions and their employees want to support the communities in which they live and work. YOUR donation through payroll deduction to the Cornerstone Foundation is sustainable, secure, and easy.

Why? Big things happen when you donate through workplace giving. Your $1, $2, or $5 donation per paycheck is an amount so small, it will never be missed. Multiply your donation by 24 pay periods and further multiply that by all other credit union staff contributing to the Foundation, and you can see how the accumulation of small amounts equals a positive, BIG impact for credit unions, their staff, and communities.

“We at Gulf Credit Union are happy to support the Cornerstone Foundation,” said Todd Gaudin of Gulf Employees Credit Union. “Being on the Gulf Coast, we have seen our share of natural disasters, and the Foundation has been there to support our employees in their time of need. On Wednesdays, employees are allowed to wear jeans for a donation to the Foundation.”

Gaudin added, “We were one of the first credit unions to offer payroll deduction for the Foundation, and today about 80% of our employees participate. Our employees value the support and work the Foundation provides to credit unions. After benefitting several times, they decided to shift their charitable donations to support the Foundation to help Pay It Forward. We encourage you to do the same—it’s very rewarding!”
