Help the Cornerstone Foundation Prepare for the Next Disaster
The Cornerstone Foundation is committed to the “people helping people” philosophy. That’s why we stand ready to support credit union communities when disaster strikes.
The last 18 months have been marked by challenging events such as the COVID-19 pandemic, Hurricane Laura, Tropical Storm Imelda, Winter Storm Uri, ice storms, and house fires. The Cornerstone Foundation is committed to providing quick and efficient aid to those affected by an unforeseen event and provide assistance such as financial support, supplies, and various resources that will help individuals achieve stability.
As the Cornerstone Foundation steps into action, the disaster relief fund is used to fund aid where it’s needed. We ask for your support to help replenish the fund as we take proactive measures ahead of the next disaster.
The financial support from generous donors ensures that the Cornerstone Foundation disaster relief fund is equipped to continue funding disaster relief grants to our credit union family members in need, so they can stabilize their lives and continue to serve their members. Your contribution to the disaster relief fund can help ensure our immediate response and aid when disaster strikes.
“Knowing that credit union employees have the Cornerstone Foundation that is there for us and ready to help at the scariest times in our lives is a blessing. Thank you for making a terrible time more manageable,” said Morgan Kelsey of Southwest Airlines FCU.
Together, as we face the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and the current storm season, your Cornerstone Foundation will remain strong and ready to serve our credit union staff and volunteers.
Thank you for considering this special request for support. If you have any questions, please contact Staci Zale, development director at email@example.com.
