For several years, ELEVATE: Credit Union Leadership Summit organizers have participated in the Crash Program for credit union young professionals, inviting the up-and-coming generation of leaders to join seasoned leaders and share their fresh perspective.

Crashers are encouraged to interact with and learn from industry leaders while attending the regular conference sessions and events along with special “crasher-only” breakout sessions. Crash ELEVATE affords a special opportunity by allowing credit union young professionals to contribute their insight as a rising leader and showcase the impact they wish to make in the industry.

At this year’s conference in Denver, Sept. 8–10, the dynamic group of young professionals who will join the event and share their time with fellow attendees include:

What are these YPs most looking forward to at ELEVATE?

“I am looking forward to the breakout sessions and sharing my experience with fellow conference attendees,” said Corral. “I will definitely be surrounded by some of the best in our industry.”

“I am excited that I get to experience the full leadership summit in person,” said Landfair. “Last year was my first time experiencing ELEVATE and it was awesome even though it was virtual and combined with the Young Professionals Conference. I know this year will be even better.”

“I want to meet people that have been in credit union leadership roles and pick their brains,” said Contreras. “I want to soak up as much as I can, but I also want to share my perspective as a YP.”
