Cornerstone Foundation Names New Trustees, Elects Officers

The Cornerstone Foundation recently named two new trustees: Brad Scheidt, EVP and chief finance and strategy officer for Oklahoma Central Credit Union, and Brent Rempe, chief revenue officer of Allegiance Credit Union.
“We are delighted to welcome our new trustees, Brad Scheidt and Brent Rempe,” said Cornerstone Foundation Executive Director Courtney Moran. “They come with outstanding expertise and a passion for the Foundation’s mission, and we look forward to their contributions.”
The Foundation also elected the following officers:
- Chair: Dave Willis, president/COO of Tinker FCU
- Vice chair: Shelli McCoy, VP operations for Tarrant County’s CU
- Secretary: Stephen Lark, VP marketing and corporate development for Communication FCU
- Treasurer: Mary Beth Spuck, CEO of Resource One CU
In accordance with the Foundation bylaws, the newly elected League Vice Chairman Tammy Passafiume, CEO of Diamond Lakes FCU, and Secretary Gina Wilson, CEO of Oklahoma Central CU, will also serve as trustees of the Foundation.
