WEOKIE Employee Honored Among Top Latino Mortgage Originators

WEOKIE Federal Credit Union Mortgage Counselor Mayra Alvarez has been recognized as one of the nation’s top Latino mortgage professionals by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Alvarez closed 170 mortgages during the 2020 calendar year.

Alvarez is a native of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. She began her mortgage career six years ago working in various positions including servicing, processing, and origination.

“I enjoy serving the Hispanic community to help more families become homeowners,” Alvarez said. “I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dreams.”
