Watch Your Email for Cornerstone Compensation Survey

Tomorrow CEOs of all affiliated credit unions will receive an invitation to participate in the 2021 Cornerstone Compensation Survey. Cornerstone will provide the survey results free of charge as a dues-supported benefit exclusively for League members. All affiliates are encouraged to participate in the survey.

Remember, as your credit union takes part in the survey, you are helping other credit unions as well, since active participation rates produce data that is current, accurate, and geographically representative.

This year’s survey will be conducted entirely online. Upon request, the data your credit union provides in the 2021 Compensation Survey will be prepopulated in a custom, password-protected questionnaire, will make it even easier for your credit union to complete next year’s survey.

The Compensation Survey features salary data on 55 credit union positions, as well as benefits information and other compensation-related metrics. The survey allows each credit union to locate data relevant to its own asset size, region, city size, and tenure specifications. The survey data saves credit union leaders time and guesswork when they're ready to make critical compensation decisions.
