Announcing the Launch of the Karen Hart Legacy Society

During last week’s IMPACT Virtual event, credit union leaders traveled from near and far to celebrate former EVP/CAO/CFO Karen Hart’s achievements as she leaves behind an incredible 41-year legacy. To honor her legacy, Cornerstone Foundation announced the launch of the Karen Hart Legacy Society, through which credit unions may make a donation to create a legacy impact that extends beyond the span of one’s career or lifetime.

Credit unions may preserve and strengthen what Hart helped to build, while also providing for the future. True to her character, Hart was the first contributor to the society, helping to sustain the good work of the Cornerstone Foundation that will extend beyond her time with Cornerstone.

It is the challenge of our generation to preserve and strengthen what past generations have built. Together, credit unions can fortify tomorrow’s legacy. Credit union leaders may follow in Hart’s footprint and become a member of the Cornerstone Foundation’s Karen Hart Legacy Society today by providing for the future.
