To maximize learning opportunities, the League has created an All-Access Pass for IMPACT Virtual!, a two-part event with one all-inclusive price.
Join us as we stream sessions in real time, giving you opportunities to engage with expert speakers and other attendees. Increase your knowledge and gain competencies through 20 hours of on-demand access to seven distinct forums, beginning April 12. Powered by the Cornerstone Councils, you’ll develop expertise in the following areas:
Members will also learn vital leadership lessons during Thursday’s keynote presentation. Sarah Thomas, who will serve as an official during Super Bowl LV, making her the first woman to ever officiate in a Super Bowl, will discuss “Breaking Through: My Journey to Becoming the First Female NFL Official.” Thomas changed the game in the world’s most male-dominated sport, working her first NFL game in September 2015. Now she’s sharing essential leadership lessons from her journey with vital insights on shattering the glass ceiling. As a model of what’s possible if you believe, Thomas brings takeaways you can apply to your career, from staying focused under pressure and creating change to managing work-life balance. She’ll also discuss how to achieve breakthrough success for males and females alike.
