Cornerstone Foundation names new trustees, elects officers

The Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation recently named two new trustees: Craig Rohden, CEO of Space City CU, and Russell Vest, CEO of Hockley County Employees CU.

The Foundation also elected the following officers:

  • Chair: Art Hornell, CEO of The People’s FCU
  • Vice chair: Donna Neal, CEO of My Community CU
  • Treasurer: David Willis, EVP/COO for Tinker FCU
  • Secretary: Shelli McCoy, VP Operations for Tarrant County’s CU

In accordance with the Foundation bylaws, the newly elected League Vice Chairman James Boyd, CEO of Abilene Teachers FCU, and Secretary Tammy Passafiume, CEO of Diamond Lakes FCU, will also serve as trustees of the Foundation.

“We welcome our new Trustees and look forward to applying their expertise and engaging their passion for the Foundation’s mission,” said Foundation Executive Director Courtney Moran.
