Formerly known as the Compliance and Audit & Human Resources Conferences, Cornerstone’s a new Enterprise Risk Management Conference, will address important industry topics, such as audits, CECL, cybersecurity, change management, deposit growth, diversity, ethics, and payments fraud.
Credit union professionals in compliance, audit, human resources, technology, payments, and operations will want to attend the conference, which will be held Aug. 7-9, in San Antonio, Texas.
The world is moving at lightning speed, which makes change an inevitable factor of life and business. Change is hard, whether it’s positive or something we didn’t bargain for, like a job elimination. In this session, Jennifer Kloepping, a change agility coach with CUNA Mutual Group, will walk you through the natural phases of change and provide tips and tricks to help you as you navigate new territory. Kloepping is certified as a U.S. Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) and Development Educator Europe (DEEU).
