True Sky Credit Union in Oklahoma City held its 72nd Annual Meeting Friday, March 8, at the Oklahoma History Center. Two high school students, Destiny Perez and Daniel Ngo, were awarded $2,000 each in scholarships to a college of their choice.
Perez is a student at Moore High School. She is in the top 10 percent of her class and will be attending the University of Central Oklahoma. Ngo attends Westmoore High School, is valedictorian of his class, and plans to attend the University of Oklahoma. Perez and Ngo were recognized for their outstanding accomplishments and impact in their schools.
Other highlights from the annual meeting included the credit union forgiving two member’s loans, as well as giving away more than $5,700 in cash prizes. More than 72 raffle prizes were also given out at the event.
