- Hug Your Haters: Embrace Complaints and Keep Your Members. In this eye-opening presentation, Jay Baer reveals new proprietary research into The Science of Complaints—why and where your customers complain, and how to turn customer service into your marketing advantage. This pre-conference event occurs on Tuesday, April 23, from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
- What Your Board Packet Is Really Telling You. In this workshop, Ancin Cooley addresses how board reports should help directors assess their credit union’s condition and determine if the level of risk conforms to the board’s policies and risk appetite. This pre-conference workshop takes place on Tuesday, April 23, from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
- Networking and How to Navigate Your Conference Experience. Everyone’s invited to this attend this pre-conference session on Tuesday, April 23, from 5 to 6 p.m. to gain valuable insight from Cornerstone's own Experiences VP Tamra Gaines and EVP Karen Hart.
- Recognition Dinner and Entertainment, featuring the Matchmaker Band. Be sure to dress UP for this black-and-white themed event on Thursday, April 25, from 6 to 9 p.m.
