The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Friday published resources on Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data reporting for data collected in 2019. The Reportable HMDA Data: A Regulatory and Reporting Overview Reference Chart for Data Collected in 2019 is intended as a reference tool for data points required under Regulation C, which implements HMDA.
The resource includes revisions made since he October 2015 HMDA rule revision, including the August 2017 and changes and the changes required by enactment of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief and Consumer Protection Act (S. 2155) issued in August 2018.
