Are your advocacy skills up to par? Do you want to advance in government relations? Do your legislative coordinators need to sharpen their skills?

The Oklahoma Credit Union Association has launched the exciting new 2022 Ambassador Program, which is designed to take the mystery out of political engagement and help legislative staff increase their valuable knowledge and skills. Act now, as an amazing opportunity like this doesn’t come around often.

Next Session: Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022

Register now!

Deadline is Feb. 10. Only five people accepted per session.

Credit union leadership and interested staff will find an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning with OKCUA Executive Director Nate Webb, a political veteran and an expert on legislative matters. With Nate as your guide at the capitol, you'll also:

  • Take the first step in fostering a relationship with your lawmaker;
  • Learn the most productive ways to engage with elected officials;
  • Optimize your in-person messaging for maximum impact; and
  • Enhance your value as a leader with advocacy skills.

Each of the six no-cost sessions begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Credit Union House (631 E. Hill St., Oklahoma City, OK 73105) and moves to the Oklahoma State Capitol. Each session ends after lunch.
