Registration is now open for the High-Impact Sales Training, Oct. 27-29. This three-day program will help your credit union compete and win your members’ business through a sales-enabled approach. Your team will learn how to better connect with members, engaging them in meaningful conversations to align solutions to their financial needs, wants, and dreams, and then capture the opportunities.
Divided into three full days of online instruction, your team can choose to attend day one, day two, or all three days, depending on their roles within your credit union.
Day One: Sales Foundation
Your employees learn the foundational principles of selling to credit unions, focusing on identifying needs, uncovering motivations, aligning products and services to member needs, and gaining commitments.
Day Two: Advanced Sales Skills
Your team members gain insights into what it takes to sell the full product line and develop primary financial relationships with their members. Topics include managing objections, effectively interviewing members, selling ancillary products, and recapturing loans.
Day Three: Transformational Leadership
Designed for your sales leaders and coaches, participants discover how to identify employee coaching needs and develop individual development plans to address them. Leaders also learn how to use the coaching methods of shadowing, debriefing, and one-on-one meetings.
