Frank Drake has been a partner in the law firm of Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers since 1994, following a 16-year practice specializing in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and repossession law. He has practiced in North Carolina, Kentucky, West Virginia, and the federal courts of southern Indiana. For more than 40 years, Drake has been a featured speaker and author on bankruptcy and regulatory compliance programs. He enjoys guiding his clients around compliance pitfalls and teaching them how not to get sued.
