The High-Impact Sales training empowers your teams with a complete set of skills and processes to build strong relationships with members. Divided into three full days of online instruction, your team can choose to attend day one, day two, or all three days.

Presenter: Nick Brown
Nick Brown spent 15 years with a large credit union in different roles, including branch operations and training and development. He then worked with an outbound sales team, connecting with members by phone and email to deepen their financial relationships with their credit unions. In 2015, Brown started SalesCU to help credit unions improve their sales results.
