Presenter: Nick Brown
Nick Brown spent 15 years with a large credit union in different roles, including branch operations and training and development. He then worked with an outbound sales team, connecting with members by phone and email to deepen their financial relationships with their credit unions. In 2015, Brown started SalesCU to help credit unions improve their sales results.
