Learn Excel basics at Aug. 18 webinar

If you’re looking to learn the fundamentals of Microsoft Excel or brush up on your skills, the Building Blocks of Excel–Part I (the Basics) webinar on Aug. 18 from 10 to 11 a.m. will help save you time and make you more proficient at your job. This webinar, hosted by the Accounting & Finance Council, will also teach you how to navigate a spreadsheet efficiently and manage data quickly and easily.

By attending, you’ll learn how to:

• Autofill data (such as days of the week or months of the year);
• Assign cell formats (text, dates, numbers);
• Use basic formulas including AutoSum and averages; and
• Apply absolute referencing.
