How the program works
Twelve modules cover the key attributes of inclusive leaders and allow you to go at your own pace. Each one has a quick five-minute video lesson led by Julie Kratz and accompanied by a workbook activity. The modules include topics, such as self-awareness, self-management, knowing your ally role, comfort with discomfort, candid conversations, space for others, diversity storytelling, and unconscious bias with deep dives into gender, race, and sexual orientation.
Presenter and program creator: Julie Kratz

Promoting gender equality in the workplace, she is a frequent keynote speaker and executive coach.
