Last chance to register for Ambassador Program in Oklahoma

Posted: Jul 16, 2020 | Author:

Cornerstone's political arm in Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Credit Union Association, is rolling out its inaugural 2020 Ambassador Program, which is designed to take the mystery out of political engagement. The next half-day session takes place March 4.

Led by OKCUA Executive Director Nate Webb, affiliated credit union leadership and interested staff will find an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning at the Oklahoma State Capitol. Attendees will:

  • Take the first step in fostering relationships with lawmakers;
  • Learn the most productive ways to engage with elected officials;
  • Optimize in-person messaging for maximum impact; and
  • Enhance individual value as a leader with advocacy skills.

The Ambassador Program is offered as a dues-supported service for Cornerstone-member credit unions in Oklahoma. There is no additional cost for registered individuals to attend. Six sessions will be offered to a maximum of five individuals per event while the Oklahoma Legislature is in session.

Don't delay. Register now and save your spot.

Additional Ambassador Program sessions to choose from:

  • Wednesday, March 18
  • Wednesday, April 15
  • Wednesday, April 29
  • Wednesday, May 13
