Oklahoma City Credit Unions to Hold First CU on the Run

What started as some friendly banter between a couple of local credit unions is turning into a larger effort between multiple Oklahoma credit unions to engage with their communities, raise money for the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation, and honor those lost in the Oklahoma City bombing.

Local credit union stakeholders and young professionals can join this outstanding cause at the first-ever CU on the Run by entering one or more Quarter Marathon teams in the OKC Memorial Marathon and chipping into a shared donation to the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation.  

A Light Dusting of the Rules

• Participating credit unions may enter one or more teams consisting of four runners, each runner completing the full quarter marathon.
• All runners must be active employees of the credit union from March 30, 2025, through race day.
• The deadline for credit unions to enter is March 30.
• CU on the Run takes place during the Memorial Marathon on Sunday, April 27.
