Shell FCU Named Top Workplace for 11th Consecutive Year

Shell Federal Credit Union has received the honor of being named a Houston Chronicle Top Workplace for 11 consecutive years. The 2021 Top Workplace ranked Shell FCU as the 12th midsize company with 150 to 499 employees and the top financial institution in this category.
Employees were anonymously surveyed and used words such as green and growing, positive, exciting, determined, accepting, happy, welcoming, goal-driven, uplifting, motivational, family-oriented, and many others to describe Shell FCU.
The credit union released a statement that reads: Shell FCU has a positive culture and atmosphere and offers a rich benefits package to attract talented and passionate individuals. The credit union is delighted to be not only a phenomenal employer, but also an employer of choice. As game changers, each employee knows they are a leader who makes a difference in the lives of each other and the credit union membership each and every day.
