Young Professionals: How to Reward Yourself Properly
Friday, June 19, 2015 6:25 AM

Young professionals get stuff done. All. Year. Long. Reward yourself for the goals you achieved and the new goals you're tackling next. But first, renew, revive, reimagine, and recharge! Here's how:

  • Register for the hottest YP event all year, the 2015 "Walk this Way" Conference in Galveston, Texas, Aug. 20-21. Sweet!
  • Learn from other young professionals—industry experts. Collaborate with like-minded colleagues. Amplify your networking reach. Boost your advancement potential. Cha-ching!
  • Leave your footprints in the sand and your fingerprints on the ignition of your skyrocketing career. Leaders don't sit back; they make things happen. Ready... Set... Go!

If you're a credit union professional aged 35 and under who's tuned in to the cooperative movement, plugged into the CU philosophy of people helping people, and ready to demonstrate what the credit union difference means in your community, don't miss out on this opportunity.

Early bird registration ends July 22.

Here's your motivation, courtesy of some of last year's participants about their favorite aspect of the YP Conference:

I loved the luncheon where we got to interact with a CEO and a YP executive board member! It was extremely helpful.

I loved interacting with the young professionals. So refreshing!

Being around so much information gives you great ideas to take back to your credit union.

This was my first year at the conference; I had no idea what to expect. I went in with questions and came out with knowledge on how to become a better communicator; understanding of the different generations. All thanks to the speakers, who were amazing.

Great speakers, the live Twitter feed was a great idea to engage all participants.

I loved the CEO Luncheon. It was a great way to get face time with CU leadership and be productive during lunch. I also really enjoyed networking and felt that everyone was very approachable in these settings.
