Lawana GladneySpeaker, trainer, author, and media personality Lawana Gladney, Ph.D. will lead a dynamic session called "If You Are in the Driver’s Seat, Why Are You Lost? A Roadmap to an Amazing Life."

From break-ups and family fall-outs to a stall in your career or an unexpected loss, life is filled with events and circumstances that can knock you off your feet and leave you feeling stressed, confused, and lost. Gladney's keynote gives you the strategies to lead you to the life you want. Get solutions to managing emotions, stress, health, and any other aspect keeping you from happiness.

Gladney is also a media personality who focuses on emotional wellness and the science of the mind. She looks at not only human behavior, but how the brain processes information that leads to change. Based on her expertise, background, and years of research, Gladney has developed several programs and systems guaranteed to change perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors.

Gladney has shared her message and expertise with organizations, churches, schools, and Fortune 500 companies including, IBM, AT&T, Pitney Bowes, and TI, as well as the Pentagon. This conference is designed for women credit union leaders and potential leaders. Open to CEOs, board members, and staff. Men are also encouraged to participate.
