Having served in the military for over 10 years, Crystal was the Executive Officer and only female officer in an F-16 squadron in Spain and a former Assistant Professor at the US Air Force Academy where she taught communication and leadership.

That’s why Crystal has a passion for helping credit unions and their employees be even more positive, productive and profitable.
