The verdict is in. Your members want fast, convenient, and brilliant mobile and digital banking options, and you’re in the process of meeting those needs.

A recent CO-OP quiz on mobile banking strategy revealed some interesting results. A few factoids to consider:

  • 66 percent of members are most concerned about convenience or speed.
  • 36 percent use mobile banking more than ever—12 percent use it almost exclusively.
  • 56 percent say their online banking solution “needs attention” or “could be improved.”
  • 19 percent of credit unions called their mobile banking strategy “best in class.”
  • 31 percent say their mobile strategy is ready for takeoff.
