Hosted by: Compliance Council

Whether it’s due to proximity to our border with Mexico or the proliferation of undocumented migrants to the United States in recent decades, many credit unions are faced with the problem of how to properly serve undocumented members. Join us on Wednesday, April 4, at 10 a.m. CST for a 1.5-hour webinar on "How to Serve the Undocumented New Member."

Register Now.

This presentation, hosted by the Cornerstone Compliance Council, will outline the typical profile of an undocumented foreign national (UFN), what kinds of services UFNs need, dispel myths surrounding UFNs and banking, illustrate how your credit union can provide these services, and what challenges you might see in serving UFNs.

The cost to Compliance Council members if only $25. For non-Compliance Council members, the cost is $50, which includes a 2018 Compliance Council Membership.
