Webinar: Avoiding Compliance Violations in Advertising
Thursday, May 19, 2016 6:10 AM

Join us for a special webinar hosted by the Cornerstone Compliance Council

Examiners and auditors are focusing on advertising more than ever. Combined with the continual increase in social media advertising and the emphasis on avoiding unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP), it's no wonder credit unions’ marketing and compliance teams are working extra hard to ensure compliant advertisements. Despite this effort, advertising continues to be a complicated issue due to the scattered regulatory requirements and the fact that required disclosures depend on the ad’s content.

Join us for a special hour-and-a-half webinar on June 8, for a session on "Avoiding Compliance Violations in Advertising." This training will cover the keys to compliant advertisements and avoiding UDAAP claims.

Date: June 8, 2016
Time: 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. (CT)
More information and registration.

The Cost
The cost to Compliance Council members is only $25. For non-members, the cost is only $50, which includes a 2016 Council membership.
