Volunteers Forum Shapes the Future of CUs
Wednesday, April 22, 2015 6:20 AM

Volunteers ForumVolunteers greatly influence the future of their credit unions, so they must be well-versed in the critical aspects of credit union operations. Join both new and experienced directors at the Volunteers Forum in Oklahoma City, June 10-12, as they explore future trends, best practices, and how your credit union can face the challenges of today’s economy.

The Volunteers Forum features two pre-conference sessions, four general sessions, and 15 breakout sessions. Enjoy networking with board members from all three Cornerstone states at the welcome reception on Tuesday evening, June 9, at the beautiful Skirvin Hotel, One Park Avenue, in Oklahoma City.

You'll be trained and entertained with these dynamic general sessions and speakers:

  • Opening General Session:  "Your Living Legacy," Crystal Jonas, Tap Your Genius, Inc.
  • General Session:  "Economic, Political, and Business Climate," Roger Tutterow, Ph.D., Mercer University
  • General Session:  (TBD), Les Wallace, Signature Resources, Inc.
  • Closing General Session:  "Momma Told Me There'd Be Days Like This," Mark Mayfield, CSP, CPAE

Many of the sessions presented will include the certificates of attendance that board directors need to stay in compliance. Application for CPE credits is also recommended.
