2019 Trainer's Roundtables

Cornerstone Credit Union League will be hosting four Trainer’s Roundtables during the first half of 2019.

Collaborate with other credit union trainers and engage with the professional planners [or experts] in Cornerstone Credit Union League’s Experiences and Events department to share ideas that will help you develop your people, your organizations, and the credit union movement.

No matter your title, if you are responsible for professional development at your credit union, you are invited to attend. Limited seating available.

Recent engagement with the Top 50 CEOs in the Cornerstone region provided some of our discussion topics during this time together.

  • Help attract and retain the best talent to serve credit unions, and deliver training to develop and coach staff differently
  • Aligning breakouts and other training opportunities around asset size-oriented issues and discussions
  • What professional development can the Cornerstone League provide to supplement in-house offerings
  • Open forum for peer-to-peer idea sharing

Be part of Cornerstone’s Train the Trainer community of Facebook.
