The Strategic MVP: How Women Cultivate Greatness
Monday, May 23, 2016 6:05 AM

Brandi Stankovic

Women's Leadership Conference | July 25-26, 2016 | Dallas, Texas

CEOs that promote cooperation and knowledge-sharing drive efficiency and innovation. Leaders who rapidly develop, deploy, and retain talented people to meet emerging opportunities are the most successful. Join your colleagues at the Women's Leadership Conference in Dallas, July 25-26, and let Brandi Stankovic share strategies for success and show you how women cultivate greatness.

Brandi Stankovic, EdD, and senior partner with Mitchell Stankovic & Associates, will draw from her book, The Strategic MVP, the culmination of 30 years of work in the field of executive coaching. Hear how to enhance your leadership skills by reinvigorating your senses, igniting your passions, and increasing your emotional intelligence, or EQ, the ability to identify, use, understand, and manage emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.

You will assess your leadership skills to recognize strengths and blind spots in yourself and others. You will share strategies to strengthen your team and add value to your organization, and you will walk away with executable action items.
