The executive team of Texas Trust Credit Union in Mansfield, Texas, presented a check for $5,000, along with more than 400 toys, to the local Toys for Tots Foundation during the Mansfield Independent School District's third annual toy drive.

More than 15 employees and 18 youths from the Texas Trust Youth Advisory Council and the Linda Jobe Middle MISD National Honor Society donated their time to manage Santa's reindeer during the event. They also helped children prepare "magic reindeer food" so that reindeer were ready to take Santa to his next stop following the toy drive.

This is Texas Trust's third year supporting the event, which was broadcast live on the local Fox affiliate during evening newscasts.

Texas Trust Toys for Tots"We are grateful that we are able to provide money, toys, and resources to help the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Foundation accomplish their goal," said Jim Minge, president of Texas Trust Credit Union. "Thanks to these compassionate servicemen and women, Christmas morning will be full of joy for thousands of children."

With assets of $825 million, Texas Trust operates in Dallas, Tarrant, and Henderson counties, as well as parts of Ellis and Johnson counties.
