Texas CU Leaders Meet with Lawmakers to Build Relationships
Thursday, August 30, 2018 7:00 AM

Credit unions across Texas have taken the opportunity to engage with their elected officials this year, visiting their offices in Washington, DC, or in their home districts and hosting the elected officials in their credit unions and chapter meetings.

The relationships developed through meetings between credit union activists and their representatives in the state legislature and Congress build a strong foundation for effective advocacy efforts.
