Credit Union Resources, Inc. and Remote Transaction Resources are delighted to welcome Telco Plus Credit Union to the Shared Branching family of participating credit unions in Texas. Telco Plus is part of an ever-growing network of more than 120 credit unions in Texas and Arkansas with more than 300 branch locations. The global network of Shared Branching, including the United States, has grown to more than 5,400 locations.

Telco Plus is located in Longview, Texas, and has a branch in Tyler. Since coming on board in April 2015, they have realized their vision of providing the added value of convenience to their members and guest members.

True to the long-standing credit union philosophy of “people helping people,” while committed to their mission of “Impacting members' lives through positive financial experiences,” Telco Plus does just that by providing access to other participating Shared Branching credit union members.

Telco Plus Credit Union CEO Betty Deweese said, “Our members have been very pleased with the additional branching locations we can offer them with Shared Branching. We have been able to retain several members that were moving out of the area because of this convenience. Several members use other credit unions' Shared Branching locations in the same town. We have guest members from those credit unions, as well.”

Comment from financial service rep: “I think members really appreciate the shared branching a lot. I have been able to keep members from closing a few accounts after explaining how it works.”

Comment from reception: “I’m not sure about our members, but folks from other CUs seem to love that they can take care of business while in this area.”

CU Resources, Inc. and Remote Transaction Resources appreciate and respect Telco Plus Credit Union’s commitment and business decision to better serve their members and
