TCUF: 44 More Free Financial Educational Webinars being Offered in April
Tuesday, April 16, 2013 7:00 AM

The Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Greater Dallas (CCCS) has been able to offer 56 financial education webinars to consumers so far this month, thanks to a grant from the Texas Credit Union Foundation (TCUF).  An additional 44 webinars will be offered by month-end. According to TCUF Executive Director Courtney Moran, the grant was awarded to the CCCS to offer 100 free, live webinars in April, in honor of National Financial Literacy Month.

“We are proud to be able to collaborate with TCUF to offer these financial education webinars to the public,” says Todd Mark, vice president of education with CCCS. “Nothing gives us greater pleasure than working with the many member-credit unions of the Texas Credit Union League.”

In addition to providing the grant, Moran says TCUF collaborated with CCCS on selecting the most appropriate topics for the webinars.
