Come to this two-day Boot Camp and get "whipped into ACH shape"! During this course you will learn how to attack the ACH Rules, chart the course of ACH Return Entries, and navigate the maze of an ACH Rules Book plus much, much more. Whether you are green and know little about ACH, or a seasoned veteran and just need to brush up on the fundamentals, you WILL walk away from this intensive ACH Boot Camp prepared to meet the ACH world head on! Copy of the ACH Rules Book (CD or Hard Copy) and Tabs are Included!

Instructors - Pam Cerny and/or Michael Jeffcoat

Pam CernyPam Cerny is responsible for the design and facilitation of SWACHA’s Professional Development Seminar series and is also a contributing speaker on SWACHA sponsored teleseminars and webinars. She conducts customized training sessions for SWACHA members and has been a session speaker at both national and regional conferences. Pam provides technical assistance to member clients in the understanding and application of the NACHA Operating Rules to their respective ACH operations and on how the Network functions, as a whole, via SWACHA’s exclusive Payments Answerline™. Pam received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a dual concentration in Human Resource Management and General Management from the University of New Mexico and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in General Business from Texas Tech University.

Michael JeffcoatOne of Michael Jeffcoat’s primary responsibilities as a Training Specialist is to assist with the development and delivery of SWACHA’s professional development seminars, teleseminars, and webinars. He is an active staff member for SWACHA’s exclusive Payments Answerline™ where he assists members in resolving their payments related questions. Currently, Michael is a member of the SWACHA Rules Committee and the Regional Payments Association’s Risk and Compliance Committee. Prior to joining SWACHA’s Education Services Department, Michael coordinated SWACHA’s front-office operations and lent his organizational and editing skills to the Publications Department for work on various SWACHA publication projects. 2012 and previously attended Oklahoma Baptist University where he was enrolled in the School of Music Education.

Fee Per Person/Per Boot Camp

Regular Rate: $495
Registration fee includes: two days of extensive hands-on training, 2014 ACH Rules CD (hard copy-Beginner Boot Camp & CD for Intermediate Boot Camp), thorough study materials and handouts, continental breakfasts, lunches and beverage breaks on both days. Attendees earn 13.2 AAP Credits.

Conference Cancellation Policy

The Boot Camp is subject to cancellation if there are less than 10 registrants as of 7 days before each Boot Camp. In the event of cancellation, all registrants will be notified and receive full refunds.

Grant Assistance

The Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation is accepting scholarship applications for League training events based on financial need. Applications must be received by application deadlines.
