Still Time to Get in on June 8 Bankruptcy Seminar, Learn Critical Changes to Mandatory Forms
Monday, June 6, 2016 6:25 AM

The Cornerstone Bankruptcy Seminar in Beaumont on June 8 will be one of the most timely and important in several years. Not only are credit unions getting hit with lien avoidance, Chapter 13 valuation and plan issues, and automatic stay attacks costing untold thousands, but as of Dec. 31, 2015, virtually the entire universe of mandatory forms has changed. This includes reaffirmations, proofs of claims, schedules, and notices. A firm grip on all of them is critical. Credit unions simply cannot go on with business as usual. If one seminar on credit union bankruptcy issues is in order, this is it.
