Still Opportunity for CUs to Take Advantage of Member Business Account Opening 101 Training Program
Wednesday, May 14, 2014 6:20 AM

Educating frontline staff is an essential component in promoting an effective member business service program. The Member Business Services Council, a collaborative venture of the Cornerstone and Louisiana credit union leagues, is offering a must-attend training program on select dates in May.

The “Member Business Account Opening 101” is being presented by Becky Culver, center manager at Barksdale FCU. With more than 25 years of experience, she possesses extensive knowledge in both consumer and business banking.

This class breaks down each entity structure into practical terms to discuss the specific documentation requirements for each entity type, as well as practical tips and best practices. This class is designed to put participants at ease and to take the fear out of the business account opening process.
